Proud owners! We look forward to welcoming you to Gatlinburg and making sure your stay is pleasant. In the office, in the cabin, on the mountain - doing whatever is needed before, during and after your stay. Ed and Pam started out at Carson Newman college 30+ years ago and decided that they wanted to retire back to the area where they started their marriage. Pam enjoys running the office and meeting and talking to all the guests. Ed enjoys riding around the mountains to ensure that your cabin is ready for arrival.

Heather, Jason, Elijah (3) and Hannah Grace (6 weeks)
Heather's changed her name since moving to Gatlinburg but she's still a big help in the office. She is one of the 'voices on the phone' and helps with all things 'computer'. Jason takes care of much of the housekeeping and Lijah likes to keep his daddy company and help.
Tim's normally found out on the mountain fixing stuff. Addison is the latest addition to the Hill clan -- born January 19, 2009.
