Our stay at Heavenly View was all we could have asked for and more. The cabin was immaculate when we arrived, well supplied, and very comfortable. The view from the cabin is amazing- we spent time every day enjoying the view from our porch that rivaled many we’d seen touring the area. We followed the advice of another review and went past the driveway and came back down since it is steep. But the privacy and view are more than worth the steep drive. It was not an issue at all. And working with the staff at Stonybrook is a pleasure. They called the first day to make sure all was going well. And they even left a card for my husband and I since we were celebrating our Gatlinburg honeymoon from 41 years ago! We highly recommend this cabin and Stonybrook rentals.

This cabin is a real gem! Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, quiet, and what a phenomenal view of The Smoky Mountains. Stony Brook Cabins communication before and during our stay was fantastic. They even provided little extras we never expected; a “Happy Anniversary” card and little bears statue gift waiting for us on arrival, an electronic coupon book that provided us a free adult admission to a dinner show we took in (a $54 value), and when we had trouble with the lock one night they quickly resolved the problem by phone via a call to maintenance. We saw bears right outside the cabin. A great stay and memorable experience. If you love and respect nature and a peaceful experience you’ll love this cabin.

Everything was really well done. The cleanliness, the attractive cabin, the communication before and during the stay. The peace and quiet, and the phenomenal views from the cabin’s deck. We wanted for nothing - and we’ll definitely be telling others about how great it was! There were two beds (a king and a queen). The queen mattress is due for replacement (dips down in the middle).

This place is perfect if you are family of four or a geoup of four. The place is located in a quiet area and is only 9 mins from the local town. The driveway to the cabin is a little tricky and can be missed eapecially at night. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely recommend the place.

This cabin is wonderful. The driveway is very steep so plan accordingly BUT that's expected being on top of a mountain. Private, quiet, beautiful views, clean. Great host. no complaints. ?

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough away to have a relaxing getaway. The cabin was clean, spacious and cozy. The fireplace and hot tub were nice additions. Very glad we picked this place.

Beautiful place.
Enjoyed our stay.
Slighly difficult to drive too. Roads are steep, driveway is very steep. It was raining and we had difficult time getting up the driveway.
Other than that, it was perfect!
View was magnificent. Hot tub was great. Very private.

My husband and I came here for our 6th wedding anniversary & his 40th birthday. The location was amazing — located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg — it made it easy to split time between the two locations. Close to Smokey Mountain National Park for all the hiking you could possibly want.
The cabin itself was incredibly clean and well maintain. The views from the hot tub/porch surround were breath taking.
When we arrived, we tried to turn on the fireplace and it wasn’t working due to the pilot light being blown out. I emailed and within a few hours, they had a repair man out to fix it. The communication was top notch!
Would 10/10 recommend this cabin and the property owners. Our weekend was amazing, thanks to them!

We stayed at "A Heavenly View" hosted by Stoney brook cabins. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The cabin was spotless. I was surprised considering they allow pets. You would never know it. Not a stain anywhere, no animal smells. it was so clean. The cabin had a beautiful view of the mountains. My only negative comment would be that the driveway getting in is very steep and unless you have a truck, do yourself a favor and drive up the road, turn around and come back down into the driveway. This way you don't scrape the bottom of the car. With that being said, any cabin you rent that has a view like this will have steep driveways getting into it. In my opinion, it's worth it to have the view ! Thanks again for a great stay.

The cabin was lovely and came equipped with enough items that we didn't need to bring much of our own (dishes, cleaning stuff, towels). Some of the appliances and electronics were somewhat outdated (non-smart TVs, VHS, PS2). The beds were way too uncomfortable (for me - I despise what felt like memory foam) and were difficult to stay cool in. Loved the view and staff, though.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Heavenly View Cabin. The place was just what we were looking for. The view is really terrific. The place was just as described. More important, the cabin was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

The name of the cabin is fitting—Heavenly View! Very clean! The hot tub was needed after exploring nearby attractions! Cute bear decor! The driveway is a bit intimidating when pulling out. (It’s in a curve.) The cabin is in the mtns, so expect steep, curvy roads. The road is paved all the way and very conveniently located off of Parkway in between Gatlinburg (about 4 miles) and Pigeon Forge (less than 2 miles). We loved our stay! We would definitely recommend this cabin!

I was very impressed with Stony Brook Cabins! Our cabin was wonderful and clean. The communication with the staff was excellent - they were very nice and attentive and even checked up on us with a text to make sure everything was ok. If I every come to this area again I will definitely look up Stony Brook Cabins!

The cabin had to have been one of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. We came to the area for our wedding and the sweet staff of Stony Brook left us a congratulations card & a bride and groom bear figurine. It was waiting for us on the counter when we arrived & absolutely made our day. They called each day we were there just to be sure we didn’t need anything and make sure our stay was going well. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We will definitely be back to stay with Stony Brook cabins!

This was our second booking with Stony Brook Cabins, and this experience was just as wonderful as the last. The ladies who helped assist us with booking are absolutely fabulous and so helpful not only before we got there but we received two courtesy calls from Rhonda throughout our stay. The cabin was beautiful, well taken care of and clean. The views from the wrap around porch were stunning! Because most of the trees had lost their leaves, we had views on each side of the porch. Also, for those of you who like to travel with your pets, Stony Brook does a wonderful job helping make that possible! I don't know how many places wouldn't even try to assist us in finding a pet friendly cabin. Thank you for yet another great stay, I have and will continue to recommend Stony Brook to my friends and family visiting the area!

We had an incredible experience at A Heavenly View cabin. It was everything we could have asked for. The cabin was very clean and modern. The view of the Smoky mountains was amazing. We had an extremely minor problem of a window blind being stuck and after a quick note to Stony Brook Cabins, they came to the cabin and fixed the problem the same day! WOW, we were blown away by their attentiveness to our minor issue. Twice during our one week stay, they contacted us to be sure that everything was going well and asking if we needed anything. We were very impressed with their concern for our satisfaction with our cabin. I would highly recommend Stony Brook Cabins to anyone looking for a great cabin experience.

This was our first family vacation with our almost 2 year old and dog. Stony Brook was great to deal with. Had a card and souvenir for our anniversary. Cabin was clean and a great view. They called to check on us a few times during our stay just to make sure everything was ok. Most definitely will be using them again in the future.

Great cabin was clean with great views. Staff was nice and helpfully. hot tub says 4 people but more like 2 people. Only problem, got a text that cabin was ready at 4 got there at 4:25 and cleaning crew was still there and said it would be another 30 minutes.

Upon arrival our cabin was welcoming with Christmas music playing, decorated for Christmas including a tree and an anniversary gift. The cabin was perfect size for us and our 2 small dogs meeting all our needs for cooking and relaxing. It was great having the Fun Pass to help us take in all the activities that were offered.

I knew when booking the "A Heavenly View" Cabin that the view was going to be great. This was our first visit to the Smokey's so any view was going to be great. As soon as we arrived I could not have been more excited. Both the Cabin and the view were simply beautiful. We were so in love with everything that we could not stop imagining ourselves moving to the area and building a cabin of our own. I can not express enough how thankful I am to have been able to experience this stay. The customer service experience was fantastic. They truly wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were more than happy to help with anything we needed; not just in the cabin, but with recommendations for the local areas as well. They went above and beyond for our anniversary which really stood out to us on just how much they care. I will certainly be recommending this stay to anyone I can. We can't wait to return and spend even more time adventuring through the mountains. Thank You.

The cabin was beautiful and we loved the decor. We were really touched when we found an anniversary card that was signed by the staff. We also loved the bear figurine that they had given us. The staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in one of the Stoney Brook cabins again.

Loved our stay at A Heavenly View! My boyfriend and I loved being able to bring our dog along with us, and the cabin was very nice and had a beautiful view. The driveway up to the cabin is very steep, but we were able to make it up with no problems in our jeep. The cabin is also perfectly situated with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg on either side so that we only had a fifteen minute drive at most each day as we went out. We did lose water for a few minutes one day of our stay, but Stony Brook was extremely responsive and though we got water back just a few minutes later, they offered to move us into a different cabin and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was working properly. We would definitely come stay here again!

The cabin had a beautiful view and the bed and hot tub were very comfortable. The kitchen and general decor could use some updating. The living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and arranged oddly. The location was very good -- close to everything yet could not hear traffic, etc.

This cabin is in a great location! Situated right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Great View of the sunset over the mountains in the evenings. The staff very friendly and easy to work with. The cabin was stocked with everything you need and very clean!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view of the mountains and quite area. I would recommend 4x4 vehicle because the road up to the cabin is pretty steep. Doordash delivers to the cabin it was awesome not to have to go out. I would recommend this this stay for others. We will be staying again, already planning our next trip.

Great location. Cabin was very clean. Looked exactly as seen in photos. You had to drive past driveway and turn around in a driveway up the hill, then comeback to driveway to make it up. But it was worth the trouble. The mountain views were awesome!
