1. The Flying Ox
If you have ever wanted to see what a zipline mixed with a roller coaster is like, here is your chance. With The Flying Ox, riders are strapped into a swing as their feet dangle on the roller coaster. After you are safely secured, you will take a ride of twists and turns all throughout the Lumberjack Square. In this experience, you will feel like you are on a zipline because of the way you are sitting while going down the track. However, you also get the thrill of riding a roller coaster because your zipline is attached to a metal track instead of the traditional zipline cable system. This combination creates a new and exciting experience for your family they will never forget. The Flying Ox is just one of the many great things to try at Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud Adventure Park.
2. Logger Sports
The most exciting part of the Lumberjack Feud Show is watching the lumberjacks compete against each other in the logger sports competitions. After you watch the professionals, you can test out your skills to see if you have what it takes to be a lumberjack. In this attraction, you will be given the chance to test out three different events featuring the Boom Run, the Log Roll, and the Speed Climb. With the Boom Run, you will be harnessed on a log that sits in a pool of water to see how quickly you can make your way across. In the Log Roll, you will be pitted against someone else as you battle to see who can stay on the moving log in the water for the longest amount of time. No need to worry about getting wet because your harness protects you from actually falling into the water, unlike the lumberjacks you see in the show. In the Speed Climb event, you will see how quickly you can climb a wooden post that stands in the middle of Lumberjack Square. Don't feel bad if it takes you longer than it did for the professional lumberjacks to do it. The combination of these lumberjack tests makes the Lumberjack Feud Adventure Park an exciting time for the whole family.3. High Woodsmen Challenge
This lumberjack-themed adventure course is fun for people of all ages. Anyone who is over the age of 5 is able to experience the High Woodsmen Challenge. There are many different obstacles in the course including a log walk, a ropes course, and a barrel crossing. The adventure course is safe for all ages because the middle level is completely netted and on the top level you are secured to a harness at all times. Test out your balance skills and agility in the High Woodsmen Challenge to see if you have what it takes to be a professional lumberjack.
