On clear days, you will be able to see as far as 100 miles away. The walk to the observation tower is about 0.5 of a mile, but it is steep. The path is paved, making it easier for people to walk.
2. Gatlinburg Scenic Overlook
The Gatlinburg Scenic Overlook is a pull off area located on the Gatlinburg Bypass between the Gatlinburg Spur and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
