Hot tub and rockers on the deck. Upstairs King bedroom with rustic and log touches and ensuite full bathroom. Arcade game with lots of games and large monitor screen located upstairs. Two player. Loads of fun and games Downstairs is the inviting living room with sleeper sofa, 65" flat screen tv and gas fireplace. King bedroom and hall bath located on the ground floor. Private hot tub on the deck right outside. Wooded view! Privacy! Porch Swing! Beautifully furnished just right for a mountain cabin getaway. This unique setting offers you the thrill of being able to walk out the door with hiking boots on, walk right past your car and keep on going for as long as you want to before heading back to relax on your private deck. There are no trails but you are welcome to wander the 135 acres and enjoy the peace and quiet. A rugged hike or a leisurely stroll – your choice. You’re in charge! THE LAKE IS JUST A SHORT WALK DOWN THE COUNTRY LANE - it is not in your backyard but it's very close by. Lakeside firepit area is shared by all the 13 cabins located in the Mountain Lake Resort. March down to the lake and take a stroll around the serene mountain setting watching for the natural wildlife abundant in our area. Just a few yards further and you can enjoy the beautiful, rushing mountain creek. It's lovely. Enjoy a roaring fire in the gas firepit beside the lake. (community location for the resort) And later enjoy a fire in your gas fireplace back at the cabin (October - April). Or a soak in your private hot tub on the deck. The fully furnished kitchen will offer the perfect spot for preparing full meals or light snacks to enjoy in your cabin. Whether there are 2 of you or all 4 you will have enough seating at the kitchen table. We were able to add a washer/dryer with the remodel for your convenience. About 4 miles from this cabin is the beautiful Gatlinburg Community Center - a complex with indoor swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, bowling alley, weight room and showers. For a very reasonable fee visitors are welcome to take advantage of this beautiful complex. Please check out the website for info. Also only about four miles away is the Mills Park with a playground for the children, and covered picnic tables and grills for your get togethers. Three miles away is The Greenbriar section of The Smoky Mountain National Park. This is a lesser known entrance with many beautiful trails, plenty of parking, picnic area, playground and access to the Pigeon River throughout. Ramsey Cascades is a favorite amongst hikers. Rocky Top Sports Center located about 4 miles away. This is a terrific location with many activities nearby. Peaceful, quiet and secluded located on 135 wooded acres with 12 other log cabins. Peaceful, Immersive and A Great Stay

I travelled from the UK and loved my stay at Greenbrier. The cabin was perfect and gave me everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely too. I would definitely recommend Stony Brook Cabins and I really would love to return. Thank you to the team for a great stay.

Our cabin was exactly as it was advertised. It was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The only concerns we had was the parking at our cabin it was hard to turn around, the internet was also difficult at times. Stony Brook is definitely a company that we will use again.

Stony Brook offers Great get away cabins! They are very clean and tidy. The kitchens are supplied with just the right amount of stuff to make great meals. It's a cozy home away from home. Would definitely go again.

The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed the ambiance that the mountains provided. The hot tub was a wonderful addition! When it didn’t have power, maintenance fixed it promptly. The only issue we had were the mice. They ran all over and we bought traps, but only caught 2. We realized we were in the mountains and sometimes you can’t help with critter issues.

Great customer service and you can tell they really care about your experience. This is our second visit to TN and staying with Stony Brook. I will say that the updates that they made to the cabin in between us booking the cabin and us visiting were somewhat disappointing. It definitely feels less “cabiny” than what we saw in the “before” pics, when we booked the trip and compared to cabin we stayed in last year. However, that is just a matter of taste - we weren’t a fan of the modern twist but it’s still very nice. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this company and this cabin! Great location, neighbors are close but out of sight, and cabin is spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the old games arcade and back porch area.

The cabin was great. We loved the location, as we want peace and solitude when at the cabin. Short ride into Gatlinburg and park was great. We would definitely stay here again. Cabin was clean and in very nice condition. The video machine was also a nice bonus for the kids. Thanks.

Our cabin was awesome. We had such a relaxing week our cabin had its own kitchen with all the cook wear so we cooked in a lot. We got to use fireplace which was nice. I cant recommend Stoney brook enough totally awesome exsperiance

The check in process was extremely easy, especially during these pandemic time. The cabin was beautiful inside and out, and really provided us with a great trip. We did lose power our first night there due to a heavy thunderstorm which forced us to go out to eat downtown. After getting back, the power wasn’t on yet but shortly after calling the after hour office they put us in touch with the electric company and our power was restored under an hour. All in all a great getaway, and would love to revisit!
