This large riverfront estate offers both forest and river views. Peace, tranquility and lots of activity – your choice. Main lodge with 4 bedrooms and an adjacent cabin apartment next door with theater room and a fabulous king master suite with cathedral ceilings. Main Lodge has 3 king bedrooms and a Queen bunk room, three full baths and a half bath. Lots and lots of deck space for sitting and watching and listening to the river sounds. Comfy furniture, covered decks, screened in porch, fireplace on the covered deck. Incredible outdoor living areas and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the fresh air and river music. Easy walk and access down by the riverside. Main floor has an extra large master bedroom suite with sitting area, sleeper sofa and private access to the deck. Beautiful step in tiled shower and jacuzzi tub – relax and enjoy your time away from it all. Beautifully decorated, spacious – a private retreat. A second Private King suite with large flat screen tv and private bath with tub/shower also located on main floor. Beautifully decorated with comfy bed. Enjoy! Plenty of comfy seating in the living room in front of the beautiful stone fireplace curl up with a great book! Gather around and enjoy some reminiscing and hang out. Large dining table for 12 and two nearby barstools provide plenty of seating to enjoy meals together. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare large meals or enjoy vacation snacks. New granite countertops and appliances. Modern and well equipped for those who enjoy meal prep and family time together in the kitchen. Access to the large back deck area overlooking the river. Large screened in porch with plenty of comfy outdoor furniture - this will be one of your favorite spots to enjoy the view. Plan on grilling a couple of nights while you’re here and enjoy the outdoor areas. Upstairs is a large game room with a pool table . Plenty of activity and opportunities for competition – let the games begin. Game room is open in the loft overlooking the living room below. King bedroom, beautifully decorated shares a jack and jill bathroom with walk in shower with the Queen bunk bed room- 2Queen beds sleep 4. Lots of privacy and plenty of room yet just a short walk over to the main lodge when you want to be with the group. Main lodge is 3400 square feet, Adjacent apartment is 650 square feet. Plenty of room. Located about 6 miles from the Rocky TopS ports Complex - easy drive back and forth if you're here for an event. You’re only a short drive from the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park with lots of hiking and the Little Pigeon River runs all through it. Beautiful and nearby. About 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and all the attractions. So much to see and do while you’re here – come on let’s book your dates. So Peaceful

Excellent property. Away from everything. Perfectly located on the Little Pigeon River, not far from “town”, but still close enough to go anywhere, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, in just minutes. Awesome communication with the host. You won’t be disappointed.

The River Lodge was an awesome cabin. Location wasn't to far from Gatlinburg. It was a beautiful setting with the little pigeon river running right behind it. Highly recommend this cabin. There were 12 of us, more then enough room.

Its a beautiful home, very clean, spacious, had everything we needed. The river is just amazing, perfect for the kids to play in. The porches are lovely and it was just so nice to sit in the rockers and listen to the river. I really enjoyed the hot tub after walking around the water park all day. I would love to come again.

So thankful our family of 14 chose this special place to stay. The home was spacious but warm and inviting. The back porches brought thoughtful conversations. The beautiful flowing waters brought hours of wading and casting fun to our grands! We also enjoyed Dollywood, Cades Cove and The Titanic nearby. Our family all agreed to make this place a "keeper" for sure!

What an amazing week. The River Lodge cabin was perfect for our family! The cabin was clean, perfect amount of space, grate entertainment with pool table/movie room/hot tub, amazing relaxation with coffee in the patio listening to the river. Kids loved playing in the river and there was a bonus area about 10 yards down that was like a little beach area deep enough to swim and tie up tubes and relax. Could not recommend this place more. We had a couple small things that needed addressed during the week and the Stony Brook staff answered immediately, were friendly, and came out quickly to fix things. Will definitely be going back again!! Also, great little BBQ place not far (Hungry Bear BBQ) and the best little coffee shop Painted Bear coffee that had a signature latte that was incredible and my kids loved their lemonade smoothies on a hot day.

My family and myself were completely amazed at how beautiful and peaceful this place was. Perfect for a big family vacation. I would definitely say it has been the best cabin I have ever rented in the mountains. Absolutely breathtaking and clean. Very close to attractions and restaurants. Stony Brook Cabins was so helpful and nice. They made it so easy for check in and out. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

This location has beautiful scenery. The river right behind the cabin is amazing. It’s not far off the beaten path but enough to where a family could enjoy some relaxation. The Home Theater room is awesome too!

After a 12 hour drive from Louisiana, we were greeted by the sound of the creek as stepped out of our vehicle. What a treat! The cabin was beautiful. The property was so peaceful and quiet. It’s a “short” drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. All the main attractions are about a 20 minute drive. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants that are only a few minutes away. The cabin has plenty of room to stretch out. Coffee on the screened in back porch overlooking the creek, need I say more…There were a couple of small maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and the host were super quick to get them resolved. This was the recharge that our family needed. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!

Way above expectations!

There was one good and one bad review prior to staying here & honestly - I don’t have one bad thing to say about this stay! We are from the area, but live out of state now and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone! SO much space and VERY clean. *If I did have any issue, it was addressed super quick. I highly recommend this cabin and the host! We will be back several times and plan to stay here.

Very clean. Customer Service was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with good dishes and pots. We had an issue with the water in the refrigerator door needing a new filter and they were addressing it. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful week at the cabin. The views are beautiful from the porch, where we spent most of our time. even in June, it was cool enough to open the doors in the evening and morning to hear the sounds of the river no matter where you were in the home. It was such a peaceful, relaxing vacation that I hope we are able to return. I am so glad that the owners decided to share this little spot with the world. It was a huge blessing to our family and gave my soul some much needed rest.

Loved it

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO homes. This one was the best. Beds were all comfy, everything in the house worked and the house was supplied with everything you need. I would recommend new pots and pans. Everything we cooked stuck to the bottom of the pans. We loved having the screened room to sit by the river. If we had any issues (which were minor) they were taken care of right away. The house even has internet now. The location is very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would stay here again.
