Downstairs, your private indoor salt water pool (28’ x 14’, 3–5 ft deep, heated to 80–82°F) is enclosed in a stunning wood-and-stone pool room with large windows that showcase the Smokies. There’s no better place to cool off in summer or splash around with the kids, rain or shine.

When it’s time to unwind, head out to the back deck where you’ll find a bubbling outdoor hot tub, reclining porch chairs, and classic rockers—all with unforgettable views of the Smoky Mountains. It’s the ideal spot to relax after a day of hiking, shopping, or exploring Pigeon Forge. And since Splash Mountain Magic is pet-friendly, your four-legged family member can enjoy the fresh mountain air right alongside you.

At night, retreat to one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms—two with king-size beds, one with a queen—each with its own TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, and en-suite bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa and full-size bunk in the loft provide extra sleeping space for kids or guests, comfortably accommodating up to 12.
