We planned a family get away for my husbands 60th birthday and took 6 of our adult children with their spouses, fiancé and grandchildren for the weekend. And added an “adopted” daughter and her daughter to the mix! It exceeded our expectations the family had the best time watching movie and singing karaoke in the theater room. The grandbabies stayed in the pool. The bunk room was spectacular! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, it matched the pictures 100%. My entire family enjoyed the cabin from the large family area to the game room, theater room, pool and hot tub. The cabin was equipped with everything you needed for a lovely stay. There were more than enough beds to accommodate everyone and they were comfy as well. I’d book here again! (:

Had some issues with check in, as we were supposed to check in at 4 but the cleaners did not arrive until 345. Frustrating when we had multiple young children in a car for 6+ hours to get there. Notified Stony Brook of this and we were compensated, which was great. 5 rooms with king size beds and all but one had a futon, mini fridges in all rooms as well with a private coffee bar in each also. The bunk bed room was also awesome! Large beds, multiple tvs, individual lamps.
I also loved that there was plenty of dishes for our large group and everything was great for that. The bunk room was next to the pool, so definitely have to be careful there with the young kids. We set the pool alarm for safety and did not give them the key code.
Floors were dirty and turned our bare feet black by the first night, so we did request a floor clean of the main floor. Once again, stony brook was very kind and responsive, definitely appreciated all of their assistance and fast responses!!

We arrived to a very clean house and not far off of the Parkway. This made running out hassle free. Everything was close by! The pool and theatre were a hit with both kids and adults alike. We had plenty of clean towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

This was perfect for our family vacation. The first trip with all of the family, including our 10 grandchildren. The bunk room was perfect for the cousins to bond. Every day was pool day no matter what the weather was outside and, bonus, no sun screen. We had a great time.

Our entire family (8 adults and 10 children) shared the same spring break for the first time in years. We decided on Pigeon Forge and then discovered the home that would easily accommodate us. The location was ideal as we visited Dollywood, Anakeesta, the Titanic Museum, hiking trails, etc. The giant bunk bedroom held all the grandkids, and the swimming pool was a definite hit. The kids spent hours in the pool and theatre room … they absolutely loved the accommodations! Each set of parents enjoined their own king bedroom … and the huge kitchen table made mealtimes easy! We can’t think of one negative. We have wonderful memories of a perfect week together. We will be back!!!!

Our stay at the Stony Brook Cabins Splash Villa was awesome! They were so helpful in explaining everything prior to our arrival. The cabin was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and a fully stocked kitchen and full propane tank for the gas grill. They responded very quickly any time we reached out and sent someone to assist right away. There are two fridges and freezers which made it easy to store all of our food easily. The jacuzzi, pool, and game/theater areas got lots of use. We had a group of 17 and had such a lovely stay; we'd definitely stay again and give the cabin a 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay the cabin was beautiful and had excellent amenities. However the hot tub didn’t get warm enough and the cabin could use a few baby gates to block the stairs for little ones.

We had a great time at Splash Villa! It fit our group perfectly, we had 5 families, 10 adults and 16 kids. The house had everything we needed and the layout was just perfect. The kids especially loved the pool, game room, and theater room. We also really enjoyed the large and open great room and kitchen. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day full of activities. This house is in a great location too. It really couldn’t have been better.

This cabin is beautiful! The positives are it is so close to highway, very clean, modern looking! The negatives are one bathroom for 4 set of bunk beds, parking for only 4 vehicles when it sleeps 22. Its not possible without 15 passenger vans. They could only suggest trying to park at the building at the bottom of the hill and carpooling, so if you have more than 5 vehicles beware. Also we had lots of trash because we cooked and could not get all the trash in the recepticle when we left had to leave a full bag in the cabin. If I had a smaller group I would definitely stay again but unfortunely the bathroom and parking situation will keep this group from being able to stay next year as we already have a few more coming next year. Owner did call and check on us which was nice.

Beautiful, new house was perfect for our family. 5 bedrooms, 1 large bunk room, and several bathrooms. The children loved the indoor pool, theater room, hot tub. Also available was an outdoor neighborhood pool. The only complaint we could have is the propane tank went empty while we were grilling hamburgers and it was the only time we grilled. I would suggest a full tank for every new rental. Otherwise, a perfect weekend reunion.

This was a perfect place for our youth ministry retreat! The rooms were so spacious and the house was gorgeous! The kids loved the private pool and hot tub! The staff was so helpful and friendly! Don’t think about it ! Book it!

We had a fabulous stay at the Splash Villa. It was the perfect location for a family vacation due to its close proximity to Dollywood and other fun attractions. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and there was something to do for everyone. We will be back!

We loved it! There was only 7 adults & 3 kids but they loved the kiddie pool for the 1 year old! Girls loved swimming & I enjoyed the hit tub. If you’re staying here there is no steps to get in the hot tub. Also even though there are 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms, there was not even 1 hair dryer. We got by though & would recommend the Solash Villa to anyone wanting your own indoor pool & kiddie pool. Kitchen was very well stocked! The best kitchen supplies ever! Plenty of towels for us. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Everything was great! Stony brook rentals did not disappoint. Top of the line amenities in the cabin. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Very clean. Pictures online don't lie. I love that they had a thick, comfortable throw blanket in each room. Didn't have to worry about sharing the swimming pool with any other guests because you have your own personal pool inside the cabin. I would advise anyone to check out Splash Villa Cabin.

This location is very true to the photos! We had a wonderful family weekend at Splash Villa. The communication was great throughout the experience. The drive is also easy and the location is excellent. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants and had excellent Instacart / DoorDash experiences. Especially loved The Chop House and West by God Coal Fired Pizza. The property has a surprising amount of space. Plenty of coffee makers, dishes, and initial supplies throughout. Our son loved the indoor pool and pool table. We really liked the downstairs sectional; large enough for all of us to relax on. Plenty of refrigerator space and room to cook here. The wi-fi was excellent which was a huge plus for us. Would recommend!

We had a group of 20 people staying here over the weekend, the space was large and everyone was more than comfortable! The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was very clean, and the interior was gorgeous. Incredibly close to pigeon forge as well!

The house was perfect and accommodated our large group excellently. We will definitely be booking again in the future! We never could get the hot tub “hot” I’m sure it was probably something we were doing wrong. The 20 teenage girls still enjoyed it. However, the adults decided to stay warm by the fireplace.

Our group had a great stay in Splash Villa. The facility was very clean with updated appliances and plenty of amenities for our group. The pool heater was not functioning while we were there and the electrician was not able to fix the issue, but Stony Brook responded quickly to the request and provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay in this cabin again and look forward to future trips!

I have brought large groups to the Smoky Mountains for over a decade and probably rented 30+ large cabins. The Splash Villa was the best cabin I have ever rented. They thought of every detail. The major investments, such as, appliances, game room, beds, swimming pool, theater, major furnishings were high end. The decoration was the best of any cabin I have rented. They also had helpful features, such as, Keurig's, mini-fridges, etc. in every suite. Highly recommend. Also, this was my first time booking with Stony Brook and was very pleased with service. I also appreciate agencies that use the Hospitality App. That is an simple added convenience.
