The Buckhorn was the perfect cabin for my family to enjoy a couple of days away. Excellent location and the cabin was beautiful. This was the first time using Stoney Brook and the staff was so kind and easy to work with. Will definitely be booking with them again.

The Buckhorn is a beautiful cabin!!! We loved our stay and can't wait to book again. We enjoyed every evening by the fireplace and 2 whole days just enjoying everything the cabin had to offer. The air hockey was so fun and the arcade game was fun to play on as well. It was perfect for just the 2 of us but it accommodates more. LOVED our HONEYMOON!!!!

Check in was super easy, cabin was clean and ready before the check in time. It was my fiance birthday they had a card and little gift waiting on the counter when we checked in, it was very nice. We will definitely be using Stony Brook again!

We enjoyed our cabin family trip. It was cozy enough for 4 people yet still provided some isolation for relaxation. We enjoyed the views, fireplace, and access to entertainment via streaming platforms.

Everything was amazing, effortless and frankly far better than imagined! Only critique/suggestion was that most of the windows in the cabin had window blinds, except the bedrooms. This was a bit of a let down when we wanted to sleep in and the sun rising of the main bedroom came beaming in. Definitely did not detract from our stay, but may be worth consideration for future guests!

Wanted to thank the folks at Stony Brook for first helping me find a cabin that was close to Gatlinburg, not too high, but had the amenities I asked for. The one finally agreed upon was FANTASTIC. It was perfect for what we needed. The upgrades were beautiful, and we loved the extras, like the overhead shower with lights to tell you when the water was cold or hot. They even had 2 coffee pot types for us to choose from depending on what we liked(pods or filter types). The gas fireplace was great. It looked beautiful and even gave off some heat for the colder nights. And the most enjoyable part was the Christmas decorations done inside and out. The Christmas tree was gorgeous. I was expecting this little lighted tree but whoever decorated did a fantastic job. The tree was so big and tall to fit the A frame ceiling, and the other decorations were nice too. Thanks to either the Stony Brook people or the owners for adding this to the cabin. All in all, It was one of the best cabins we have ever used in all the 25 plus years we have been coming to Gatlinburg during the holidays. Thanks to all of you and a Happy Holidays too. Check in was super easy! The Buckhorn was everything and more! Very well stocked with supplies and linens! Wish we could have stayed longer. View isn't great but the cabin itself makes up for that.

My family and I have called Blue Ridge mountains our home away from for the past 12 years. This year we decided to make a Chan he and visit Gatlinburg. We loved our stay at the Buckhorn, and we're already planning our next visit. The cabin was very nice and spacious, and it felt like home. We had one issue with the plumbing backing up, and maintenance was sent right away. They took care of the problem, cleaned up and disinfected the area, and brought us clean towels. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The cabin was located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which was convenient since we frequented both areas and it was also close to the bypass for quick access to the Smokies, but still away from the crowds and in the mountains. Stony Brook called us the day after checking in to see if everything was okay and if there was anything else we needed. The booking process was simple and the company was friendly and answered every question that I had. We are planning to book the Buckhorn again next year!
