Great stay! Accommodated my family trip for 20 plus people with no problem ! Very spacious and comfortable . We saw bears every day during our stay walking casually around the cabins

Great place to stay. Just down the street from downtown gatlinburg and a short drive to excellent hikes and scenery. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 30. Linen were clean and the laundry services were nice. The amenities were basic though. It did have all what’s required for a large party like ours that cooks multiple times. It would’ve been nicer with a toaster oven though! The gaming table upstairs was dysfunctional which was brought up early on and it was a minor disappointment. The hosts were very accommodating. Lastly we did see a local bear roaming around!

Overall, the cabin was spacious, in a great central, walkable location in downtown Gatlinburg. The listing was accurate. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate our group of 50 people, the main space was too, and there was plenty to do at the house between the pool table and hot tub. The one thing that set this cabin apart was the communication, at one point, our power went out due to a crazy windstorm, and I was able to talk to the cabin representative past normal hours and they were able to provide me and my group all the support we needed to have a great rest of our stay. Top notch care.

Stony Brook Cabins was great! Wonderful customer service, easy check in and check out. The Great Maple Retreat was very clean, had plenty of towels and bedding! Full stocked kitchen and more than enough room for large gatherings. Hot tub and indoor pool were well maintained. Will definitely recommend Stony Brook Cabins to anyone in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

My enjoyed our stay at this cabin for Christmas. Very spacious and was in a great location. The communication with the property manager was great as well. Would definitely book this cabin again.

We stayed in Unit 5 which was beautiful, just like the photos, and much larger than we anticipated. The bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and living room are much roomier than what the pictures portray which was a wonderful surprise. They even had a Christmas tree up when we arrived! The parking spaces were right in front of the lodge, and there was even handicap parking available if needed- we had one in our group. The decks were great places to sit and socialize. If you visit after the Christmas holidays, just prepare for traffic getting downhill, and prepare for a steep walk. Apart from that, the location was great! We would visit again. The only think I would recommend is a map of where the dumpsters are located- if there was one, we missed it- but they were found easily by taking a short walk.

We loved our stay at Stony Brook, I loved that it was pretty much a cabin community and not a cabin ducked off in the woods isolated. It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg! The cabin is huge and looks like the photos! We even got to see a black bear all 3 days we stayed.

The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and in good repair. I was also impressed by the stock of shampoo, conditioner, soaps in every bathroom, decent quality paper products, abundance of towels for both bath and pool/hot tub. The check out procedures were also surprisingly simple.These touches are more than I've seen with any rental company over the last 15 years.

We had a great time at the cabin! There was more than enough room for everyone, about 30 of us! It was clean and very cozy! The view was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This cabin was wonderful! There were about 30 of us staying here and there was more than enough room for everyone! The view was amazing and the cabin was very clean and exactly like the pictures! It was only a few minutes from downtown which was very convenient The host was very friendly and answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Would have given it 10 stars if I could!

The Stony Brook team was fantastic to work with, especially in our scramble to find another cabin after another company canceled on us. They were prompt with communication and made our stay wonderful. The cabin was perfect for our big family get together, exactly what we were looking for. Rhonda was fantastic in helping us work out an extra day. Great experience!

The cabin and location was great. The people at Stony Brook went above and beyond to help us out. They communicated great, were friendly, and made check-in and check-out easy; I can't say enough. The cabin was spacious and clean, fitting our needs perfectly. While they do a great job of making people's stays comfortable, it is obvious that previous renters were hard on the place. It's not the company's fault, just people not being respectful. You could see that the company was doing everything it could to keep up on the repairs.
