The ten King suites provide privacy even on a large family vacation, and the three bunk rooms make it easy to bring everyone! This cabin is wonderful for large groups or family reunions.

The living area exudes comfort and serenity; cozy up on one of the couches and listen to the fire crackle. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals for everyone on nights you want to stay in. The theater room will simply blow your mind. It features comfortable seating for the entire group and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV to perfectly watch your favorite movies! Challenge your friends to a fun 8-ball game in the pool table. The private hot tub is exactly what you need after spending the afternoon swimming in the resort's community pool or strolling around downtown Gatlinburg. The Majestic Pine Retreat requires parking passes, this unit has 8 parking spaces, there will be 8 parking passes in your unit when you arrive. The parking space #2 will be listed on the parking pass. No additional parking spots will be available and towing is enforced. Please use only the 8 spaces marked with #2. No RVs or trailers.

The Majestic Pine Retreat is located in Cherokee Orchard - a new cabin community located in downtown Gatlinburg with cabins ranging from 8-20 bedrooms. These luxury homes are ready to host your large party, resting in easy walking distance from each other in this community of eight cabins. Family gatherings, church groups, conventions and corporate retreats are all welcome. Large communal spaces, open floorplans and large kitchens are ready to welcome your group while the private bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat away from the noise and action in the living areas. Private theater rooms stand ready for business presentations or an evening at the movies. Make room in your schedule for a picnic at the community pavilion and an afternoon at the pool while you're here.

Our family of 18 recently stayed at one of the Stony Brook Cabins in Gatlinburg, and we couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The cabin was spacious, cozy, and had the perfect layout for a large group. Whether we were cooking meals together, relaxing on the patio, or just enjoying the peaceful mountain views, we felt right at home. Every detail—from the cleanliness to the amenities—was top notch. Stony Brook Cabins gets an A+ from us, hands down. We had a fabulous time and would absolutely return. Our school brought 29 students to the Majestic Pine Retreat for a 2 night stay. This was to celebrate their successes on last year’s TCAP test. So many of our students have never been in a hotel, so to say they were amazed at your beautiful cabin, would be an understatement. We had plenty of room for everyone, keeping boys on the top floor and girls on the bottom. We will be booking with you again next year. Loved it!!

Great property

We had a great time for new years. Property was well laid out for families. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for large groups. Only negative was no disposal for those that cook but definitely would stay again especially with a large crowd!

It was everything we hoped for and more!

The cabin was absolutely wonderful for our large group gathering. There was ample space, and it never felt too crowded. The layout and design is really well thought out for large groups, which can often be challenging with groups that large. The extra large fridge and double dishwasher set up is a great idea. The area was peaceful, yet walkable to town. The parking was a little tight with only 8 spots, but we made due. There were bears right in the parking lot nearly every day which was really neat and fun to watch.... just make sure to lock your vehicles as one bear opened the door to one of our vans and rummaged through it! Nice and toasty hot tub, and the theater room was fun! Overall, had a really fantastic time with family, and would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 25 people stayed for 4 nights in October 2024. We are very happy with our cabin: clean, big space, big kitchen, hot tub. each of 10 King bedrooms with its attached bathroom and shower. Two bunk bedrooms also have its own attached bathroom (a little error on your list picture as “one bunk bedroom has bathroom “). Only one bunk room has its bathroom outside room, on the hallway. Unfortunately we only received 3 kitchen garbage bags. Hope this issue can be corrected in future. garbage bags are so cheap and nobody knew to bring garbage bags with them when traveling to a rental big cabin house.

The cabin is huge and it’s true it can host 60 guests. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was spacious and inviting.

We reserved this space for our annual family vacation. We had 25 people (adults & children) and had plenty of space. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and was spacious. Having both decks allowed us to spread out and not feel crowded. The pool is small but the children enjoyed it. The location is really close to downtown Gatlinburg and it was easy and convenient to walk down there instead of driving & dealing with traffic and parking. It is also about a 10 minute drive to Gatlinburg entrance to the Smokey Mountains national park. My only complaint was people in other cabins parking in our assigned spaces which is not the fault of Stony brook. We loved this place so much we plan on reserving it again next year.

Best Cabin in Gatlinburg by Far! The area was nice, well kept and updated! There were plenty of rooms and amenities to keep 30 people entertained under one roof! We were checked up on by the staff and they stopped by immediately to assist with our hot tub issue and got it resolved! We will be back!
