The kitchen is adorned with elegant granite countertops and equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, ensuring a delightful experience while preparing home-cooked meals. The comfortable living area boasts luxurious leather furniture, complemented by the warm glow of hardwood floors and the cozy ambiance of a fireplace. Guests can also step out onto the furnished balcony, where they can relax and soak in the breathtaking views. Conveniently, parking is provided free of charge, and an elevator is available for easy access.

We looked at a lot of rentals and did not think it would be possible for us to take a family vacation, everything was just too expensive. Then we found Stony Brook. This is an older dated building but has been kept up and maintained well. It has everything you need. It was very tidy, neat and clean. The only issue we had was the internet connection, which was responded to immediately. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you Stony Brook for making this family vacation possible for us!

Was clean and spacious. The company was very informative and followed up with us in a very nice way. If you need a place to stay that’s close Ricky stop Sports Center this is your place.

This place was better than I expected from the photos. Very open layout. Modern and clean. We stayed during nice weather but if you are staying during the winter be aware that it is up a very steep road. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Nice kitchen area and good size dining table. Big walk in closets in the rooms. So convenient to have a washer and dryer during our stay. It would have been nice to have at least one full length mirror. If we had stayed any longer it would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner. The only isssue we had during our stay was that the elevator was down temporarily. Thankfully they were able to get it fixed the next day. Also the wifi wasnt working during part of our stay. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again.

Good place, plenty of room, my grandma is a clean freak so she was cleaning up the kitchen and wiped on the fridge and was really gross just where they probably don't wash it off. But other than that everything was great
