Villa Tavia

We had two families stay for Spring Break. 6 kids and 3 adults. This house was perfect for us. There is so much room for everyone! If the kids wanted to play we could send them down the basement or in the loft area, and the adults could hang in the main living area. Beds were big and cozy. Lots of options for cooking in the house, and plenty of towels.

We had a great time! We came down for the weekend to celebrate our friend’s birthday! Everything was close by that we wanted to do. A beautiful home- our only complaint was the hot water heater. About two of us could shower and the rest were stuck with cold water unless they waited..

Great property! The views are amazing, although it’s quite a climb up the mountain with very steep hills to get to the house - so you’ll need AWD. Location was perfect, 10 min to Gatlinburg & 15 min to Pigeon Forge so we could easily access either city. The house was extremely cozy & spacious. Multiple king bedrooms with large baths, downstairs game room for the teens, several bunk areas, massive kitchen .. Perfect for large families.

Perfect stay. The roads to the cabin were a little tricky. The view was spectacular. The weather cold. The cabin was awesome. Trip to cades cove gained us a daughter in law to be. Perfectly family vacation.

Cabin was AMAZING!! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed a great family trip and all the amenities as a family. From movie night by the cozy fire, game nights and even bear watching!! We had 2 big bears and 3 cubs!! Only issue was hot tub, just seemed like it would not get hot, just warm. But overall everything and the stay were fantastic. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!!

Arrived on Thursday cabin was ready at 4 arrival was easy as door code sent via text. Cabin was clean and great set up for five couples each having their own king size bed and bathroom. Plenty of cookware and dishes to enjoy homes cooked meals. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing. The views were amazing, highly recommend.

We stayed here this week with other couples and it was wonderful. We met here from Tennessee and Virginia for four days of relaxing and reminiscing. The cabin was exactly as we expected. The kitchen was well stocked and one of the men played chef for several meals. We enjoyed the visit from the Mama bear and four cubs one morning while having breakfast. Views were perfect!

This was our second year to book through Stony Brook Cabins and the customer service was excellent once again. They checked on us throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. Villa Tavia was an great place for our family of 11 to stay for a week. All of the adults had their own private bathroom and the bedrooms were spacious. The open floor plan and the big back porch were great for the kids to play and be rowdy. The house was very clean, the kitchen was huge and well supplied, and the smart televisions were large and user friendly. Villa Tavia's location is equidistance from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which worked well for our group. The ride up the hill to the house got shorter and easier each time as we learned the route and figured out our landmarks. We saw a few bears each day which delighted the kids....and some adults! We would definitely love to return to Villa Tavia someday in the future. We recommend the following restaurants: Local Goat, Huck Finn's Fishouse & Applewood Farmhouse in Pigeon Forge; Holsten's in Sevierville; & Mama's Chicken Kitchen in Gatlinburg(We got a Cluck It To Go{think Bucket} both years and fed the whole family)

Beautiful cabin, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The cabin was well stocked, even several different coffee makers. Our experience was not without four bear sightings, some with their cubs following. The kid really enjoyed playing pool and the other games. Lord willing, we will be back again. Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious home, which was perfect for our party of nine. There was plenty to do for the whole family, making our time together very enjoyable. The town itself was a bit of a disappointment, feeling more like an entertainment arcade than we expected. Despite this, we loved our stay overall. The hosts were very responsive to our concerns about the cold hot tub and full trash bins, addressing them promptly.

This home is immaculate and located high up the mountain amongst other houses but private enough so you’re not impeding on your fellow neighbours.
The home came equipped with all you needed for a worry-free holiday. I will definitely rent this place again.. Thank you for the perfect family memories in such a beautiful setting !!

This home was EVERYTHING and MORE!! The pictures do not do it justice!! It is MUCH BETTER IN PERSON! Our “Cousins Weekend” party of 10 ended up with only 7 of us. There was easily plenty of room for a lot more than 10! There are bunks on the top level and bottom level that are not really mentioned! The home was so much fun. The views are amazing day and night! Waking up to the sunrise was breathtaking! We tried to utilize everything while there but just did not have enough time. We definitely plan to book again and add an extra day just to fully enjoy the home! Thank you for an amazing experience!

A group of 10 (5 couples) spent a long weekend at this cabin and we loved it! The bedrooms all have access to its own bathroom. The kitchen is huge & the living room is great. There are 2 sets of bunk beds, and only one set is pictured. We loved the view and the hot tub also! Only 10 minutes to Gatlinburg. 10/10 stay!

I highly recommend Villa Tavia if you need a large cabin. My family (four generations) consisted of nine adults and two children, and we had plenty of room. The cabin was generously and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everyone loved it, and it was the perfect location for our get-together.

We enjoyed the cabin very much! The space, spanning 3 levels, was perfect for our family of 12. Everyone had privacy when needed, and the common areas were perfect to allow us all to come together without ever feeling cramped. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked enough to allow us to cook dinner, grill, and even bake! The view from all decks was amazing. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the outside table on the main level deck. Stony Brook was also super kind, helpful, and responsive as needed throughout our stay. Thank you!

Our family truly enjoyed Villa Tavia! The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The mountain views from the decks were gorgeous and we enjoyed several sunrises! Our stay at Villa Tavia far exceeded our expectations! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous with the most breathtaking views of the mountains I have ever seen! We have been going to the Smokey Mountains for vacations since I was a teenager and we have never been lucky enough to see a bear....until this trip. Right from our balcony too!!! I can not say enough good things about the staff and the cabin. HIGHLY recommended!

The service was great! The house was absolutely breath taking!!!!! We did have one issue with the hot tub, but the maintenance guy came right out and tried to get it going on Friday (I believe) . However, it never got above 94 until Saturday night, but we at least got to enjoy it on our last day and after snow tubing :) That was the only minor hiccup. We did get to see some snow and that was exciting!!!

Great trip and fantastic rental. Villa Tavia was incredible it had everything you need. If we knew is was so well equipped we would have had a lot more room in our vehicle. Anything you need was addressed immediately by the folks at Stony Brook. They even reached out a handful of times to make sure you were happy and had everything.

My family traveled from Louisiana, Texas and Florida to what I can say was a perfect snowy Christmas vacation. The Villa Tavia was the perfect space fir our family. The home was fully stocked with any and very supples we could think of! The staff called to check in with us to make sure we had what we needed. They were so friendly. We stayed at Villa Tavia It was amazing from the time we got there to the time we left the beds are comfy the windows in the view was the best video ever the pool table was a big hit with my family in the kitchen was fun we all gathered around the chairs and we all cook dinner together and breakfast and we had the most fun memories that will last a lifetime we definitely will come back and is this cabin hands-down the car ride of the cabin was also fun my husband had to record it leaving The towels were planted the dishes were now everything about it was just wonderful thank you so much
